Petal Monthly Video Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Petal Monthly Video Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Janolife Inc., 2445 Augustine Dr. Suite 150 & 201, Santa Clara, CA 95054 ("Sponsor" or "Petal"). Questions: hello@petal.today.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from all liability related to the Giveaway.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry.

Not eligible: employees, contractors, and officers of Sponsor and its affiliates, anyone involved in running the Giveaway, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members.

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Entry period

The Giveaway runs in monthly entry periods starting October 1, 2026 and continuing until Sponsor ends it with notice on this page. Each entry period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time on the first day of a calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the last day of that month. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter

There are two ways to enter. Both give the same chance of winning.

Method A: Video entry

1. Post a public 15 to 30 second video on Instagram about your experience with Petal.
2. Tag @petal.today in the post.
3. Clearly disclose in the video and the caption that you are posting for a chance to win a prize from Petal, for example: "I'm sharing this for a chance to win a $100 prize from Petal. #PetalGiveaway"
4. Submit your name, email address, and the link to your post using the entry form at https://forms.gle/3zkb39Xj4wZYcAWa9 during the entry period.

Method B: Free entry (no video or Petal product needed)

Submit your name and email address(a video link and Instagram handle are not required) using the free entry form at https://forms.gle/wDfHL4EnB17ciPD96 during the entry period.

5. Entry limits and requirements

Limit one (1) entry per person per monthly entry period, by either method. Additional entries in the same period are void. Entries do not carry over to later months; enter again each month to be included.

Video entries must:

• Be your own original work, filmed by you or with your permission.
• Include the disclosure described in Section 4.
• Not include other people without their consent, or any minor.
• Not include copyrighted music, logos, or other material you do not have rights to use.
• Not be obscene, defamatory, hateful, or unlawful, and not make medical or health-treatment claims.
• Stay public on Instagram until the winner for that month is selected.

Your honest opinion is welcome. Sponsor will not disqualify an entry, or change its chance of winning, based on whether the feedback is positive or critical. Sponsor may disqualify entries that do not follow these rules.

Incomplete, late, or fraudulent entries, and entries made through automated means, are void. If there is a dispute over who submitted an entry, it belongs to the holder of the email address submitted.

6. Prize

One (1) winner per monthly entry period receives a $100 Visa gift card. Approximate retail value: $100. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Limit one prize per person per calendar year.

7. Winner selection and odds

By the 5th day of the following month, Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received during that entry period, from both entry methods combined. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Notification and claiming the prize

The potential winner will be notified by the email address or Instagram direct message submitted with their entry. To claim the prize, they must reply within seven (7) days and may be asked to confirm eligibility and sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release.

If a potential winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or the notice is undeliverable, the prize is forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

The prize will be delivered within 30 days of verification. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.

9. Your video and content rights

You keep ownership of your video. By entering, you let Sponsor view and link to your public post to run the Giveaway.

Sponsor will not repost, edit, or use your video in its own marketing or channels without first asking for, and receiving, your separate permission.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything in your video and that it follows these rules and Instagram's terms.

10. Publicity

The winner's first name, last initial, and state may appear on a winners list. Any other use of the winner's name or likeness will be only with their permission, except where the law allows otherwise.

11. Privacy

Information you submit is used to run the Giveaway, contact entrants and winners, and deliver prizes, as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://petal.today/policies/privacy-policy. Entering does not sign you up for marketing emails unless you choose to opt in separately.

12. General conditions

Sponsor's decisions on all Giveaway matters are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with entry, breaks these rules, or acts in a disruptive or fraudulent way.

If fraud, technical failure, or anything else beyond Sponsor's control harms the fairness of the Giveaway, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend it and, where appropriate, select a winner from eligible entries received before the problem. Changes to these rules will be posted on this page and will not reduce the chances of anyone who has already entered.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Sponsor, Instagram, and Meta are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical failures; or any injury or loss arising from entering or from accepting or using the prize. By entering, you release them from those claims.

14. Disputes and governing law

These rules are governed by California law. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without class action, in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara, California.

15. Additional terms

Entrant statements. Opinions and statements in entrant videos are the entrant's own. Sponsor does not endorse or verify them, and they are not claims made by Sponsor, including any statements about health, wellness, or product performance.

Corrections and removal. Sponsor may ask an entrant to add a missing disclosure, correct an inaccurate or unsupported claim, or remove a post. If the entrant does not do so promptly, Sponsor may disqualify the entry.

Indemnification. Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from their entry or video, including claims that it infringes someone's rights or violates the law.

No employment or agency. Entering does not make an entrant an employee, agent, or ambassador of Sponsor. The only compensation any entrant may receive is the prize described in Section 6.

Liability cap. To the extent allowed by law, Sponsor's total liability arising from the Giveaway will not exceed the value of the prize ($100).

Rules control. If any email, social post, or other Giveaway material conflicts with these Official Rules, these Official Rules control.

Severability. If any part of these rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect.

For the name of a month's winner, email hello@petal.today within 60 days after that month's drawing.
