Bluetooth® Connection
First, please ensure your Petal is charged.
Next, please check your mobile device settings:

Please ensure the Petal mobile app has Bluetooth® permissions granted
- System Settings app > Apps > Petal

Please toggle Bluetooth® off and back on in your mobile device settings
- System Settings app > Bluetooth®
If those settings all look OK and you are still having trouble, please follow these steps to reset the Bluetooth® connection:

Navigate to your phone's Bluetooth® settings
- Select Petal from the list of devices and forget the device
- Ensure your charging cable is connected to a power source

Connect Petal to the charging cable to reboot it
- The LED will be green, turn off temporarily during reboot, and then turn green again
- Disconnect Petal from the charging cable

Press the button twice within 30 seconds
- The LED should flash red twice

Account
Sign in using your Apple or Google account through the Petal app.
Password recovery uses the built-in features from your Apple or Google account — use "Forgot Password" on the respective platform.
Battery
Connect the charging cable to a power source, then connect it to Petal. The LED shows green while charging and turns off when fully charged.
Battery status appears in the Petal mobile app.
Metrics Troubleshooting
Ensure Petal is fitted snugly against your skin. In the app, navigate to the Heart section, tap "Measure Heart Rate," and wait up to 50 seconds for your result in BPM.

Returns & Warranty
We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be in like-new condition with original packaging.
Petal comes with a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This excludes damage from misuse or normal wear and tear.
Shipping
Limited quantities of Petal will begin shipping May 1st, in honor of Women's Health Month.
Ground shipping is included in the price for orders to the contiguous US.
