Questions
What can Petal tell me that my scale can't?
Your weight is just one number. Petal tracks visceral and midsection fat, along with mobility and heart patterns, so you can follow changes in your body over time. Unlike a standard scale, it provides additional health measurements without requiring a weigh-in.
How often do I need to wear Petal?
We recommend wearing Petal for 4–6 hours a day, five days a week. It fits into your bra or another snug, supportive garment while you're awake. You don't need to sleep in it.
Will Petal fit comfortably inside my bra?
Petal is designed for A–D cups and has been tested with band sizes 32–36. It rests directly against your skin inside a snug bra, bralette, or sports bra.
If the fit doesn't work for you, Petal offers a 30-day return window, subject to the return policy.
Can I wear it with my Apple Watch or Oura Ring?
Yes. Petal sits in your bra, so you can keep wearing your watch or ring. They track workouts and sleep, and Petal adds what’s changing in your body, like visceral fat, your heart from right over it, and how you walk.
Can I return Petal if it doesn't work for me?
Yes. Petal offers a 30-day return window beginning when your order arrives. Keep the product, packaging, and accessories in returnable condition, as described in the Returns & Refund Policy.
How accurate are Petal's measurements?
Petal's body-composition technology has been evaluated against clinical DXA measurements. The supporting research describes different validation results for different metrics; see the whitepaper for the methodology and limitations.
Does it work with Android?
Not yet. Petal pairs with the Petal Wellness app for iPhone today, and Android support is coming soon.
