Battery

Please follow these steps:

  • Connect the charging cable to a power source.
  • Connect the charging cable to Petal
    • While it is charging, the LED will be green.
    • After Petal is fully charged, the LED will shut off.

The battery status for Petal is displayed in the Petal mobile app.

Bluetooth® Connection

First, please ensure your Petal is charged.

Next, please check your mobile device settings:

  • Please ensure the Petal mobile app has Bluetooth® permissions granted
    • System Settings app > Apps > Petal

  • Please toggle Bluetooth® off and back on in your mobile device settings
    • System Settings app > Bluetooth

If those settings all look OK and you are still having trouble, please follow these steps to reset the Bluetooth® connection:

  • Navigate to your phone’s Bluetooth® settings
    • Select Petal from the list of devices and forget the device
  • Ensure your charging cable is connected to a power source
  • Connect Petal to the charging cable to reboot it
    • The LED will be green, turn off temporarily during reboot, and then turn green again
  • Disconnect Petal from the charging cable
  • Press the button twice within 30 seconds
    • The LED should flash red twice

After following these steps, please use the Petal mobile app to connect your Petal.

Metrics Troubleshooting

Before using this feature, please ensure you are wearing your Petal properly per the image below. It should fit snugly and make contact with your skin.

Once you have verified fit, please follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the Heart pillar in the Petal mobile app.
  • Tap the Measure Heart Rate button.
  • Wait up to 30 seconds before your heart rate in Beats Per Minute (BPM) is displayed 

Orders & Payment

Most items available on the Petal online store, including taxes and shipping, can be reimbursed with HSA or FSA funds. Eligibility rules may vary by plan or employer, so we recommend checking with your HSA or FSA provider before making a purchase.

Please email us at help@petal.today. When your Petal is ready to ship, we’ll send you an invoice to pay the remainder of your balance. When you click on the link to pay, you'll have the option to pay another way.

After you place your order, you'll receive an email with a link to view your order status. Once your Petal is ready for shipment and you've been charged the outstanding balance, you’ll receive another email with tracking information.

Before shipment: You may request a refund of your preorder at any time before it ships. Please email us at help@petal.today.

After shipment: Once your Petal is shipped, the standard return and warranty terms apply.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method within thirty (30) days of your refund request, unless otherwise required by law.

Returns & Warranty

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with Petal for any reason, you may return it under the terms outlined below. Petal will ship with a return label included.

You may return your Petal within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The device is in like-new condition, with no visible damage or excessive wear.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) are included.
  • The device was purchased directly from our official online store.

Devices that are damaged, altered, or missing components may either be eligible for a partial refund or deemed non-returnable.

Upon delivery, the Product is covered by our standard limited warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of delivery. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

Shipping

If you placed a pre-order deposit for our May shipment, we expect your Petal to ship on May 1 in honor of Women's Health month.

As of 2/9/26, Petal's May 1st shipment was 73% full. The website will be updated with the next shipment date once capacity is reached.

Shipping is included in the purchase price. Orders will ship ground.

We currently ship to the contiguous United States. We are not yet shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. territories, but plan to expand soon.
